II Hand hygiene compliance observer workshop according to the WHO model

Place: Illustrious Official College of Nursing of Madrid.
On March 23, 2022, a conference was held in Madrid, at the Illustrious College of Nursing, to accredit neonatology and preventive medicine professionals in the observation of hand hygiene, according to WHO criteria. The speakers were the professionals of the Spanish Association of Infection Prevention and Control Nursing. This seminar was attended by 25 professionals from 19 hospitals enrolled in the INBERBAC-Neo project and NeoKissEs surveillance system, whose commitment is to use this knowledge by recording the observation of hand hygiene in the Neonatal Units of their respective hospitals.

On January 27, 2020, a conference was held in Madrid, at the Illustrious College of Nursing, to accredit neonatology and preventive medicine professionals in the observation of hand hygiene, according to WHO criteria. The speakers were the professionals of the Madrid Association of Preventive Nursing (AMEP). This seminar was attended by 28 professionals from 27 hospitals enrolled in the INBERBAC-Neo project, whose commitment is to use this knowledge by recording the observation of hand hygiene in the Neonatal Units of their respective hospitals, at least for the duration of the project.
